With our building processes you will find that building a custom home or building will seem effortless and enjoyable. We walk you through every step of the process, and you get to be part of the progress real time. As a client you will have access to our builder application where you can see daily progress, pictures and updates. Communication and trust is key, and at Iron Legacy Homes, our relationship with our clients is our top priority. We want you to love the process of building a home or building.

Home Remodels
Sometimes a home just needs a little love. Updating your home not only adds value, but creates a fresh space to make memories in and enjoy your lifestyle. We sit down with you to learn about what your goals are for your home and what your style is. You will get a step by step timeline and access to our project app, where you get to see daily progress, pictures and updates. Clients should feel comfortable with subcontractors going in and out of their home, but unfortunately that is sometimes not the case. We develop strong relationships with excellent subcontractors who we would feel comfortable inviting into our own home. No swearing, inappropriate talk or plumbers pants here.
